This also applies to ALL ps1 games, MOST xbox games, except for games released with an orange "DO NOT SELL BEFORE" sticker at the top where it IS shrinkwrapped or any box set games, where it is shrink wrapped. Game 1 Shrink wrap only (Don't let anyone fool you, a shrink wrapped game has NO, NONE, NEVER, any more value than an opened game.
